Show quality paint and body work is a standard at Masterblaster. We start by completely stripping the vehicle to bare metal with plastic media. We next replace all needed panels or metal, whichever is required. Metal etch prime and either epoxy or urethane prime as required by certain substrates. All Corvettes are stripped and then gel coated to seal the fiberglass. This is the only way to seal fiberglass properly. Next step is body work to make sure every panel is straight and free of waves. All panels are fitted and gapped to factory specs along with the body work process.
We then continue on to the spray booth , where we use top quality materials to give you a mirror show quality finish that will last for years to come. After the color and clear are laid down to perfection , we then finish the process with wet sanding the clear and then buffing to a glass like finish. Check out some finished projects below.
